Patient fees are reviewed annually, and changes are generally effective from 1 November each year, in line with changes to the Medicare schedule of fees. Our current fee schedule is located on the notice board in the reception. Please note that patients who fail to attend their appointment without notifying the practice prior to their scheduled appointment may be charged a non-attendance fee. This fee must be paid before any future appointments are scheduled at the practice. Patient transfer fees – When you transfer from this practice, we will be happy to send your new practice a health summary free of charge. If you require your full file to be sent to your new practice, there will be a fee of $30 per individual or $40 per family. This is to cover administration and postage costs.
